FOLDING CHAIR

This folding desk chair explored a rarely used material in furniture - cork. In this case the cork veneer provides just enough cushion over the hard maple frame, and the gently curved back is comfortable for all sizes and body types. The internalized pin connections allow the chair to be folded and stowed away when necessary. It is finished with a rub on mixture of linseed oil and beeswax.
